About the platform

sheri is a platform for creators, brands and communities to run giveaways and contests on a public page with a verifiable winner: random draws, video and creative contests, and social-action campaigns.

Creators and small brands who want a transparent winner announcement without extra tools, plus agencies and communities that run giveaways regularly. The free plan lets you test everything core.

No. sheri runs entirely in the browser — both for organisers and participants. No mobile apps needed.

Giveaways and contests

Sign in, open "New giveaway", pick a format, add the prize and rules, set the deadline and publish. The public page is generated automatically — share the link.

It depends on the format. Random draws use a deterministic seed published with the result. Video and creative contests score by views, likes, jury ratings or a weighted mix — whatever you configure.

For video contests — yes: participants paste a link to their TikTok, Instagram Reel or YouTube Shorts and sheri fetches the metrics (views, likes, comments) itself. Direct Instagram comment import is on the roadmap.

Yes. The free plan caps entries per giveaway on purpose — so you can test the format. Paid tiers raise or remove the limits; current numbers live on the pricing page.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payment is charged automatically. Cancellation is one tap under "Subscription" and your access stays active until the end of the paid period.

Yes. Upgrade is immediate and starts a fresh billing cycle at the new price. Downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current period, so you keep the higher plan until then.

No. Every paid period is final. If you cancel or downgrade, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then drops to the next tier. If something is broken on our side, write to support and we will fix it or extend your period — we just do not return charged payments.

Three options: the in-app chat on any page once you are signed in, Telegram at @sheri_support, or the form on the Contact page. We reply within one business day.

Send the giveaway link to @sheri_support on Telegram or via the Contact form. We investigate and, if rules are broken, take it down.
