1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how sheri ("we") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use the Platform — a SaaS service for running giveaways. We comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of data as described below. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• First and last name (and patronymic, if provided).
• Phone number — the primary account identifier and OTP verification channel.
• Email address (optional) — for account recovery, notifications and billing documents.
• Identifiers from third-party sign-in providers (Google, Apple, Telegram) — only if you choose that sign-in method.
• Platform activity: giveaways you create, entries you submit, video URLs, public social metrics and interactions with the interface.
• Billing information is handled by certified payment providers; we store only transaction metadata (amount, status, masked identifier).
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies, event logs — for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Operating the Platform: creating giveaways, verifying entries, validating videos and preventing fraud.
• Managing your account, personalizing the experience and syncing preferences.
• Communicating with you about the service, responding to support requests and sending important transactional notifications.
• Analysing performance and improving the Platform's features, security and user experience.
• Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations under Ukrainian law.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We rely on trusted sub-processors who handle data only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, email and SMS services) — to operate the Platform and deliver notifications.
• Social-media APIs (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and similar) — to verify that submitted content is public and to retrieve video metrics provided by Participants.
• Payment providers — the minimum data required to securely process Subscription payments.
• Law-enforcement or regulatory authorities — when required by Ukrainian law.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and language preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand how you interact with the Platform. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

Under Ukrainian data-protection law and the GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and request a copy.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict processing or object to certain processing activities.
• Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.

7. Data Security

We apply industry-standard measures: encryption of sensitive data (passwords, tokens), HTTPS connections and access controls based on the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so we continuously improve our safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. Payment records are kept for the period required by Ukrainian tax and accounting law (typically 3 years). You can request account deletion at any time via our support team.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data has been collected, it will be deleted as soon as we become aware.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or by email, along with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
